THOR company develops and manufactures wide format thermo presses for dye sublimation. Quality, fail-safe functioning throughout a whole long lifetime and user friendliness are the major principles the company specialists follow when designing parts and assemblies and selecting components.
Presses are produced using highly-precise equipment, a laser cutting station is used for producing press beds. Italian pneumatics CAMOZZI, as well as South Korean automatics AUTONICS, setting high quality standards, are main components at the assembly stage.
All presses are designed in 3D using SolidWorks program, which allows carrying out careful quality analysis at the design stage. All products are tested with a multilevel test collection at later stages. As a result, the customer gets fail-safe press for the biggest challenges.
Heating elements in out thermo presses cover 40% of the plate area and are located in places, which account for heat distribution inertia and quick cooling at the edges. As a result, we have even temperature required for quality printing.
THOR presses use Italian pneumatics CAMOZZI, setting quality standard in the field of pneumatic equipment.
Major units design features a high safety factor. The frame is forced and is based on a strong steel body.
Heating plate separate mount. When heating, it freely expands in all directions, not encountering obstacles (as the bed), therefore, there’s no condition for its deformation. In this case a reliable system of flexible steel suspenders is used.
Heavy-duty wheels provide press mobility and convenient transportation. Wheels are also fitted with a handy lock, which sets thermo press where necessary.
