The flat desktop wide format thermo press sized 120 x 80 cm is designed for printing by dye sublimation method. The light-weight design is created on the basis of company engineers’ many years experience and numerous tests. The press can be used in consumer industry for thermal transferring of images, heat fixing of films, patching and clamping of direct prints. Compact sizes allow ergonomic space application.

The worktop easily moves across the guideways and is accurately fixed in printing area and material laying zone. The thermo press is equipped with reliable and powerful pneumatic system from Camozzi that provides working in semiautomatic mode, which helps to save pains and time. The plate is automatically lowered in the beginning of working cycle and lifted up in its end.

Solid casing of heating plate provides even distribution of heat and pressure over the whole surface of printing area. Application of unique engineering solutions preserves geometry of plate and reduces risk of its deformation due to thermal expansion. Intellectual temperature control guarantees maximum deviation of just 1o C across the whole surface of heating plate. To compensate heat losses in corners and along edges of the plate there is a triple heating line applied.

Reliable thermocontroller and electronic timer are easily and quickly adjusted to necessary operation mode. Additional advantages of THOR 128 are low power consumption and possibility of connection to single-phase network of 220 V. The set of press includes a liner of polyester fibre. The thermo press can be connected whether to magistral pneumatic system, or to mobile compressor with operational pressure not less than 6-8 atm.
