Uniform heating and pressing all over the surface of the printing area is ensured by an aluminum alloy heating plate. Heating elements cover most of its area. To compensate for heat losses in the corners and edges of the plate, these seats are reinforced with a triple heating circuit. The deviation of temperature is no more than 1 ° C over the entire surface of the plate. The electronic timer and the temperature controller quickly adjust to the desired operating mode.The worktable easily moves along the guides, and is also fixed in the print area and in the material laying area. An additional advantage is the low power consumption and the possibility of connection to a single-phase 220 V network. The THOR 46 wide-format thermal press can be connected to both the main pneumatic system and to a mobile compressor with a working pressure of at least 6-8 Atm.
